Does virgin mobile have the rumor 2 in blue?
- Audio Formats? ##
My Rumor 2 does not support AAC, AAC+, M4A audio formats, is this a Sprint specific issue or is the chart inaccurate?
- No 3gp Video ##
In addition to removing the video capture from the original Rumor, they've removed the 3gp video playback... effectively halving the PMP potential for the device. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.127.128.2 (talk) 20:26, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
Headphone Jack
[edit]Should be a comment (warning) in main article that the headphone jack is not standard size, it is smaller, 2.5mm. You cannot use a standard headphone jack unless you have a converter. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.161.169.181 (talk) 02:28, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
Another thing to mention is that even if you find a third party 2.5mm headphone adapter or set of 2.5mm headphones, they probably won't work with this device. There isn't enough room around the headphone hole and the one adapter and two headphones I have tried will only work if you put continual pressure on the headphone plug, otherwise it slips loose and you can't maintain the connection. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.79.77.154 (talk) 15:42, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
Phone Image
[edit]The photo appears to be of an LG Rumor and not a Rumor 2. (216.221.70.14 (talk) 00:08, 29 October 2010 (UTC))
'I have made the mistake of aquiring a Rumor 2 through Solo/Bell and its set self to speaker phone only. I have had nothing but problems with the phone and the customer service deparments of Solo / Bell. The latest problem is the phone swithed itself to speaker phone all the time. So much for privacy! When I took it in for service yet again they refused to send it to LG and told me it must be something I am doing. Then They took it in the back office ( they do not do repairs in the BELL store ) at Burrard an Georgia in Vancouveer and played with the options that I had turned on and off on !!! When it was returned to me I was told not to change the settings or the problem would reoccur nice feature your carrier can decide what phone features you can use. Yet the phone worked fine with the existing setup previously. Now let me explain that I am leagaly blind and NEED the voice control(It tells me what menu item Im on it talks to me ) option. I should not lose the riggt to privacy due to the company policies of Solo/Bell. Other than the problems I love the Phone I just have a lemon. I hate the provider SOLO/BELL it is on my list of the bigist mistakes I have made'.GKidder (talk) 17:18, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
