  • CommentKerala and Tamil Nadu are two States who have taken great leaps in gender movement. They're very vocal about it and activist environment is very powerful compared to rest of India. As a result, Kerala has to be given special article to emphasise the change. In the coming days I intend to fully re-write this article to reflect that.
