I will move the material I have added to this page concerning Latta v. Otter to the Same-sex marriage in Idaho page, as it better fits there. MarkGT (talk) 16:27, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed Article

[edit]

As of May 13, Judge Candy Dale has overturned the gay marriage ban in Idaho. Governor Butch Otter and Attorney general Lawrence Wasden are currently fighting this ruling and no same-sex marriage licenses will be issued until further review. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Qwintus (talkcontribs) 04:09, 22 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

That is correct and is not disputed. The Ninth Circuit has issued a stay and the case is under appeal. I am going to remove the disputed article marker. MarkGT (talk) 16:26, 3 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
