No mass-reverting please

[edit]

Please do not throw away hours of work with a liquidating comment and reverting all of what I did. The article was very outdated until I put my hands in. Discuss in talk page for your changes and make one change at a time. Mass reverts are not nice. Everything that I put there was properly referenced. You may bring some stuff from the top down, but please do not omit references at least. user:sulmues--Sulmues 15:40, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I retained a mention of the new anti-discrimination law in the lead but I think the current state is messy as leads are only meant to summarise content in the main body. I also retained your external link but simply moved it into the correct section. I don't know why you renamed the section describing Albania's former laws criminalising homosexuality as 'Laws pro-homosexuality', you said in the edit summary that this was because homosexuality has since been decriminalised but the title already makes clear that this is about former laws. I'll do what you suggest and go through this one change at a time. MaesterTonberry (talk) 17:05, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much for your understanding, I really appreciated your work and the article looks better now.user:sulmues--Sulmues 18:11, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Albanian Constitution

[edit]

Should in the article be mentioned rights guaranteed by the constitution of Albania.

Art 53. 1. Everyone has the right to get married and have a family. 2. Marriage and family enjoy special protection of the state.
Art.18. 1. All are equal before the law. 2. No one may be unjustly discriminated against for reasons such as gender, race, religion, ethnicity, language, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, economic condition, education, social status, or ancestry. --Piasoft (talk) 09:55, 18 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Problems with name

[edit]

This article should either be renamed "Gay rights in Albania" or include information specific to Transgender people in Albanian. There is no information at all about transgender people. Instead, trans people are just lumped together in with Gay, Lesbian, and Bisexual people. This needs to be remedied. 208.120.66.78 (talk) 03:55, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
