Dakota OutRight

In June 2019, Dakota OutRight became the first LGBTQ organization in North Dakota to hold a PrideFest on the North Dakota Capitol grounds. The event was coordinated and hosted by Dakota OutRight with approximately 400 attendees from the public with sponsors and vendors from across the state.

In 2021 Dakota OutRight became the first LGBTQ organization in Bismarck to be awarded the Humanitarian Award for the year 2020 by the Bismarck Relation Committee by unanimous vote.

In June 2021, Dakota OutRight became the first LGBTQ organization in North Dakota to host a drag show on the North Dakota Capitol steps with Champagne Dreams production with MC Janessa Jaye Champagne presiding over the show. The PrideFest hosted by Dakota OutRight was attended by approximately 400 people and had multiple sponsors and vendors from the across the state and garnered media attention. 2600:387:C:6F17:0:0:0:3 (talk) 06:11, 4 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
