Defunct airline?

Should Lan Dominicana be treated and categorized as a defunct airline? It just changed it's name but still operates. If I had a sex change and called myself Tonya does that make Antonio "defunct"? "Antonio you just gotta love ME Martin" 4:18, October 11, 2008 (UTC)
