LGBT?

[edit]

After doing some research, it looks like Bakst doesn't belong in the "Gay artists" category. While he was part of Sergei Diaghilev's circle, I can't find any reference to Bakst himself being gay. Any sources? -- SatyrTN (talk | contribs) 15:08, 22 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Of course, no such sources. He was married. He wasn't gay. Alexander Benois also was part of Sergei Diaghilev's circle (really, it was Benois's circle). I can't understand why this LGBT cathegory.--Melkij Bes (talk) 19:19, 26 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Russian poet Mikhail Kuzmin often mentions Bakst as a participant in his and Diaghilev's cruises in Tauride Garden, where picked up schoolboys, cadets, and university students for (occasionally paid) sex.
