What is the notability claim here?

How does this meet the criteria of WP:AUTHOR? Right now there is nothing in the whole article, let alone the lede, to establish notability in any domain. If he is indeed widely-cited in Slovenia, there needs to be more evidence of that in the article itself, and it is debatable even then whether this Slovenian-language writer is sufficiently notable as a whole to be included in an English-language encyclopedia. —KGF0 ( T | C ) 22:11, 2 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
