Designation as a Terrorist Organisation

[edit]

"According to the Counter-Terrorism and Operations Department of Directorate General for Security (Turkish police) it is one of the 12 active organisations which is considered as a terrorist organization by the Turkish government and one of the three Kurdish separatist organisations."

Is this statement still true? It seems that the party has been legalized in Turkey since 2013/2014, does anybody have more up to date info regarding this?

Is there anybody with knowledge in the matter that could expand on it's history of being designated as a terrorist group in Turkey?

When was it juridically banned, legalized and what has it status in Turkey been in praxis? Has there been tangible obstructions to it's activity after the legalization?
