Some observations
[edit]Editors appear to be following a Japanese outline for the article. I was not aware there was a separate one. "Prefectural symbol" was a new subtitle to me. I would have put it "elsewhere." Not sure where.
The article lacks inline footnotes and will ultimately be tagged by someone, I would think.
Notables need to have their own separate article. Being part of a band, is not notable IMO. I think most agree with me on that one.
I would put "tourism" under economy. Otherwise it sounds like a travel article. Aren't some US bases there? They employ local workers. And the military, by implication, spends money outside the bases. And not just on booze! Probably aren't any academic studies on this, unfortunately.
BTW, this is the first time I have realized the Kyushus had four prefectures. I had assumed one until now! Probably needs to be in other articles, if it isn't already. Student7 (talk) 12:40, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
Government
[edit]We need government information in a subtopic. Is the governor of the prefecture appointed or elected? Are their national articles that describe a prefecture organization that can be linked? Student7 (talk) 17:54, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
