I'd stay away from company produced documents such as this. There may be copyright problems. Also if you are a former employee, you may have a WP:COI--RadioFan (talk) 15:11, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Also, in general, independent reliable sources are preferred over self-published or non-independent sources. The company policy manual is definitely self-published. Now, self-published sources can be useful for the company timeline and some basic information, but any of the key claims (e.g., awards won) need verified with independent sources. —C.Fred (talk) 15:14, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh i understand much more now, I also see that some other people have edited it more completely, and to me it sounds more neutral now that i see the improvements from others from what i had it when i first created it.
