External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Komodo (chess). Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20111002094957/http://computerchess.org.uk/ccrl/4040.live/ to http://computerchess.org.uk/ccrl/4040.live/
When you have finished reviewing my changes, you may follow the instructions on the template below to fix any issues with the URLs.

A quote was misattributed to Don Dailey
[edit]I am new to Wikipedia, and this is the first time I have created a discussion so please bear with me.
In the Playing strength and style section, it states that "Komodo author Don Dailey described it as such: 'In positions that most engines would likely struggle or find it impossible to make progress, Komodo quietly prepares a break and ends up with the victory.' " with a reference. However, checking the reference shows that user yanquis1972 said the quote instead of Don. I may have missed something, but from what I can see, it definitely seems like the quote was misattributed to Don.
I'm not sure what's the proper way to edit it, whether I should keep the quote and simply edit that a forum member said it or remove the statement entirely. BoomerBoxer (talk) 13:15, 8 October 2020 (UTC)
Petty Vandalism
[edit]I noticed this petty-vandalism edit: https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Komodo_%28chess%29&diff=prev&oldid=1129956254. Fixing that now. 71.105.20.184 (talk) 19:03, 3 January 2023 (UTC)
