I don't believe this article establishes the subject's notability (in fact, the article had already been tagged as such in 2008). It is impressive that the band went to perform at the Harrogate Music Festival in England, but I'm not sure this is out-of-the-ordinary (consider that the better-known Montreux Jazz Festival has hosted young musicians, including school bands). Another editor had proposed that this article be merged to Bluewater District School Board. I think Kincardine & District Secondary School would be a better candidate, except without better references and citations, I don't believe that (strictly speaking) there's any content to merge. -- Gyrofrog (talk)20:19, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
