Is this the only meaning of "Jack of Diamonds"?
[edit]Odetta sang a song called "Jack o' Diamonds", which I assume was traditional. Apparently, it's a hard card to play. I was hoping to find some reason for this (at least the game played), but all I see is this page instead. Is Odetta's song noteworthy? Phiwum (talk) 21:40, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
Sources and Citations
[edit]English language sources seem incomplete and sometimes contradictory. I found at least two Russian books devoted to this group but Google translations were not adequate to use them as sources. This article would greatly benefit from a review by a native speaker of Russian. Until then, I will do what I can with sources published in English.
