Correct Spelling

Dear All,

I have overwhelming evidence that the correct spelling of this power station is Kiira Power Station as in the Lusoga language and not Kiyira Power Station as in the Luganda language. What needs to be done is to move the material in [[Kiyira Power Station over to Kiira Power Station and make that page the main page.
