Looks like the band were nominated but didn't win the kerrang awards. I re-worded to reflect that more clearly. The award issue is usually August, so if anyone has that month's edition for 1998 or 2000 they can add the reference. Napalm Death won the spirit of independence award according to List of Kerrang!
