I'll review this one. Jamesx12345 20:26, 26 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Some of the prose is a little choppy. I had a wee go at the intro, but "...and repairs were then undertaken" still does not flow well.
  • "Jettying is a building technique used in medieval timber-frame buildings in which an upper floor projects beyond the dimensions of the floor below." - this sentence can be removed because of the presence of a link.
  • "single wooden post" - this could do with a bit more explanation. The source also mentions a Dragon beam, so that can be added.
  • "wood-framed houses in the High Street and The Square." - this needs a ref.
  • The yellow sign in the bottom of the main photo is quite distracting, but other than that the photo is well composed. I took the liberty of cropping one of yours, but I think the original is still the best. If you were passing it and took a few more, especially of the inside, that would be great.
    • I have some more from my visit but didn't upload them as they are mostly from the museum collection rather than the building. The lighting and size of spaces makes photography difficult, but I will add them to the commons cat & if you think any are better feel free to use them, but I think squeezing in any more might pinch the text.— Rod talk 08:06, 27 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • "some dilemmas" -"a dilemma"
  • Page number for ref 5.
  • File:King John's Hunting Lodge, Axbridge stairs.jpg could be used to illustrate the inside. James x12345 21:12, 26 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
    • I took that to try to show how irregular everything is - but where to put it in?— Rod talk 08:06, 27 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
      • I fitted it in with the head and nail using a {{clear}}, but it still looks a bit cramped. I'm trying to get better at image manipulation, and have rotated and cropped the nail (you might have to clear your browser cache to see the change). I might remove some stuff from the stair photo, to get rid of the dark band at the top and the fire exit sign. Jamesx12345 13:26, 27 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
        • Good luck with the manipulation. In the past with some of my pics it has been suggested to straighten verticals but don't even attempt that with this building (eg the nails pic).— Rod talk 13:30, 27 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I'm happy to pass this for GA now. Thanks for the speedy responses and fixes. Jamesx12345 08:19, 28 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
