Not all explanatory notes in this article have appropriate references
[edit]Everybody wants Wikipedia articles to be the best they can be. I wrote the original article in 2013 and since then other people have added their two cent's worth (as is wholly appropriate), often in the form of explanatory notes. Such notes need their own references, unless they are completely self-evident, or covered by wikilinks. Current notes 7 and 12 lack such references. Please supply them.
