Plot expansion

I saw a user add more to the RMF is Flying section, only for another user to remove it, stating that the plot should be no longer than 700 words as per MOS:FILMPLOT. However, the same page says that exceptions can be made to films with an unconventional structure. Does Kinds of Kindness fit an unconventional structure, being an anthology?
