I will review this article. Thank you.  — Ssven2 Looking at you, kid 17:35, 14 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Ssven2 A reminder since it has been almost a month now. Yashthepunisher (talk) 04:45, 5 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I'll start posting comments tonight, Yash. Sorry I took up so much of time.  — Ssven2 Looking at you, kid 08:28, 5 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Comments
  • Is it Khurana or Khurrana? Be consistent with the name right throughout the article. I think its the first but its your call.
  • "Written by Jaideep Sahni, the film stars: Anupam Kher, Boman Irani Parvin Dabas, Vinay Pathak, Ranvir Shorey and Tara Sharma in the lead roles." — Remove the ":" and add a comma (",") after Boman Irani.
  • "and seek the help of Meghna's mentor, Bapu, to act as the owner of the land looking for a buyer." — Do mention that Bapu's a drama theatre troupe manager and owner and then mention subsequently about the theatre and the troupe afterwards for clarity's sake.
  • "growing up in middle-class Delhi" doesn't quite gel well with readers. Kinda vague. Maybe something like "growing up in a middle-class house in Delhi" or "growing up with a middle-class background in Delhi"?
  • "Banerjee said a real life experience when he Sahni witnessed their father being insulted by someone powerful helped them to develop the character of the antagonist Khurrana." — Is it Banerjee's father or Sahni's father or both their fathers? Do clearly specify.
  • "He also watched real footage captured using hidden camera's to understand how they behaved" — Isn't it "cameras" and not "camera's"?
  • "Kher said that he tried to boost the team's morale as the film was "made while enduring a lot"." — Enduring what?
  • Isn't it Meghna instead of Parvathy?
  • "Banerjee was initially reluctant to give Parvin Dabas the role of Chironjilal but later decided to do so" — Its Chiraunjilal right? and also why did he choose to give the role to him eventually? Any reason for that?
  • What other company did Hiremath have?
It's not mentioned in the source. Yashthepunisher (talk) 05:24, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • "The film's small budget meant there were limited reels to shoot on two occasions." — You mean they "had limited reels" with them to shoot on two occasions right? Are those occasions mentioned by any chance?
  • Wikilink the publishers, websites and newspapers' names on the first instance they are mentioned (or) whenever they are mentioned.

That's about it from me, Yashthepunisher. I don't see any major issues with the release and reception and post release sections. Resolve the above comments and the article is passed.  — Ssven2 Looking at you, kid 15:03, 5 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Use of international numbering system in the plot section

[edit]

Is it an standard practice? If we are using Indian dates and Indian English, I've a feeling that lakhs and crores should be used; besides I'm pretty sure the film uses lakhs and crores too. I can't find any relevant discussions or policy, I'll be very grateful if someone can point them out. TryKid (talk) 00:11, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
