Non-notable or unsourced recipients

[edit]

I have placed those who appear in the article as recipients of the title, but are not notable enough for an article on Wikipedia, or there is not a reliable source verifying their award. Once they are either notable enough for an article or a reliable source is found to support their inclusion then we can move them back into the article. Cheers.
