9 to 15 percent

I'm curious at to where the suggestion that 9-15% keyword density is optimum. Judging by the fact that this article isn't sourced, I'm guessing that the author who added that fact is trying to sabotage those who practice SEO. Or, perhaps this article is outdated and no one ever updated that claim. In reality, the industry standard is 3-5%, and anything over 5% is considered keyword spam. Waht is sense of making people life difficult??? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.24.47.175 (talk) 07:41, 22 September 2011 (UTC)

I am what man deleted those links. Other men or women have tried before me with limited success. I want to make life as difficult as possible for spammers trying to harm Wikipedia by bending it towards their commercial ends. If I could jail them or block them, I would, but all I can do is revert them. I've collapsed the removed section for discussion. If you think some of those should have been retained, state which ones and why, taking into consideration how difficult it would be for a web designer intelligent enough to interpret the output to find or make a utility of equal or better quality. 76.244.149.253 (talk) 16:15, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
