The image shows the inactive enantiomer
[edit]The current image (as of 2014-02-12) is the enantiomer which is not active as an opioid. You want the mirror image. The current image also leaves the chirality of one carbon ambiguous, but that is probably fine.Fluoborate (talk) 05:52, 12 February 2014 (UTC)
