Why tie Del. Plum to abuser fees? He isn't listed as a cosponsor of HB3202, and nowhere in this entry was there a single reference that showed that he was a cosponsor of any other bill that was merged into HB3202. His 2007 bills include nothing of his nature. This appears to be simply wrong.

In addition, the citations for this section were abysmal. All but one failed to meet WP:SOURCES standards. Frankly, I'm not sure that the whole section shouldn't be removed, as per WP:LIBEL. --WaldoJ (talk) 21:31, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
