[edit]My name is William L. Kell. Professional Engineer with a specialty in power generation plants, hydro, natural gas and fuel oil. I am presently registered with Georgia and Texas. Over 35 years of on the front line experience with electro mechanical machines , components and apparatus. I've made 5 trips to the Middle East doing goverment projects related to power generation.
I have made 8 trips to Haiti working as an Electrician/EE.
I have made 3 trips to Africa working on the electrical control portion of hydros.
I'm looking for a project or a EE class to teach at a tech school.
