Kees Boeke is a well known personality in the International Early Music Community. He meets the requirements for notability for a musician in the following categories:
- Is an ensemble which contains two or more independently notable musicians, or is a musician who has been a reasonably prominent member of two or more independently notable ensembles: Frans Brüggen and Sour Cream, Amsterdam Loeki Stardust Quartet, Royal Wind Music, and others.
- Has been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works. Among others, I see that I should have referred to coverage about him in "The Recorder Today" by Eve O'Kelly, Cambridge University Press, 1990.
