Correct history of Buganda and Baganda.

Kato Kintu was not the first mythical man. Kato means the second tween boy. The first man was Kintu, was not a twin since he was the first man on earth created by God, Katonga, Ggulu. Kato Kintu was not preceeded by Rukidi of Bunyoro. Rukidi was not called Bemba. Before Kintu there were more than 50 leaders in the country/ region called Muwawa and its people were known as Balasangeye. The last leader of Muwawa was called Bemba Musota, who was ruthless and killed many people from the original 5 clans- Nnyange, Mamba, Fumbe, Lugave...Kato was born from Fumbe Clan, exiled himself in East Uganda via Kyaggwe, Buvuma to mount Elgon. He gathered an army, came back to Muwawa and was joined by some of the 5 t brutalised clans. He came with 13 clans in his army. He defeated Bemba Musota. All the 5 + 13 clans proclaimed him the new ruler with a title of Kabaka and the country was renamed Buganda. His sons, and grandsons were to inherit the Kingdom as Kabaka so they started a new clan called Balangira - Royal clan. The present Kabaka Mutebi is the 37th Kabaka. Buganda kingdom was formed in the 13th Century, and has 18 counties. before that, the country was known as Muwawa with 5 clans in 3 counties- Mawokota, Busiro and Kyaddondo. Other counties and clans joined in during the leadership of the subsequent Kabaka. Kintu came with 13 Clans. Kintu's son and heir was called Chwa. Ssekabaka Chwa had one son called Kalemeera who exiled to Bunyoro Kingdom to save life since all princes were targeted to kill since any of them could be next Kabaka. In exile, he seered a son known as Kimera. Upon death of Kabaka Chwa, there was no son, no grandson in Buganda so they traced those in exile. Kalemeera. Kalemeera was sick and coulnt return so they brought back his son Kimera to assume the throne. Kimera is the 3rd Kabaka/ King of Buganda. His mother was Munyoro woman from Bunyoro Kingdom known as Wanyana of Nsenene Clan. The Mythical Kintu was the first man on the earth. Nambi was the daughter of Katonda = Creator of heaven and earth. Katonda has 4 sons and 1 daughter Nambi. Nambi requested his father to go join Kintu, a handsome human being on the earth. She was allowed and changed into a human being like Kintu. One os the sons of Katonda was a rebelious son called Walumbe ( dark spirit of evil, miseray, sickness and death). He escaped to earth after Nambi's refusal to obey Katonda's directive of never to look back when going to earth to join Kintu, which Nambi did. Kintu and Nambi are the mythical father and mother of human beings, Baganda and considered to have lived over million years ago. They had sons and daughters. After Nambi's pleas, Katonda sent his other son called Kayikuuzi , to go chess and catch Walumbe and bring him back to heaven. Walumbe dug underground tunnels to escape the chase. The tunnels are located in Ttanda, and and are estimated to be a network of 200 tunnels as deep as 200 ft below. Whoever falls in, has never cama back. Kayikuuzi failed to get Walumbe and went back to Katonda in Heaven. Katonda/ God sent another son, Sewamala to rule the earth on his behalf. He also sent Kiwanuka ( meaningthat which comes from above with thurnder) to protect Kintu's sons and grandchildren by possessing them with his spirit, prophesise or foretell their sicknesses and advise them hwat to do to overcome Walumbe's spells, sickness etc. So, Kato Kintu and Kintu the 1st man are different and lived millions years apart. 45.78.206.70 (talk) 01:51, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
