Pristigous in the lead sentence

[edit]

RS might call it that, but it really isn't needed in the lead sentence. Its better to say why its notable. I would bet most prizes, even the Noble, does't do that, but I could be wrong. Thank you, Malerooster (talk) 00:07, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. The only source is this which is a university press release congratulating one of their students. Of course they will say it is prestigious. I would like some secondary sources for this. Cheers, SVTCobra 08:40, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Malerooster: The article is not fully sourced yet, nor even finished, Here is some sources: [1], [2], [3], extremely prestigious prize, [4], [5], [6]. It is prestigious prize by definition, and even the article is barely started that is clear. scope_creepTalk 08:58, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Even though it's referred to as that, it seems a bit like WP:PUFFERY to put it in the lead sentance. Could say later on it's regarded as prestigious? -Kj cheetham (talk) 23:26, 16 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
