BLP
[edit]Please don't add stuff about their children, not relevant. I cut that and the mention of them living in sight of the cathedral (kinda creepy, and not really of interest to us). The rest is now incorporated in the "Career" prose in more detail. --Errant (chat!) 11:46, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Apologies. Wrong type of edit!
[edit]Apologies, I inadvertently classified an edit about IPSA as minor. JRPG (talk) 21:41, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
Sir Keith Park memorial fund.
[edit]This is astonishing but I can't find any mention of this in the article cited. Nor can I find any mention of McCartney in the website http://www.sirkeithpark.com/index.aspx I'll remove the reference but please correct me if I'm wrong. JRPG (talk) 21:03, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
Misleading and 'slanderous'????
[edit]Greetings 213.105.80.22. You seem experienced so I'm surprised you attempted to remove properly cited & wp:notable information from a wp:reliable source. This was covered by a number of other newspapers & I took care to ensure that McCartney' right of reply' was included. Please advise if there is something I missed. He didn’t feel it necessary to apologise so I think you are much more concerned than he is.
I note your comment about 'slander'. FWIW defamatory written information if incorrect is libel –if printed in the UK or held on a UK server. If you are close to McCartney and feel the sources are inaccurate, you should make a complaint to
Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard -& of course to the newspapers concerned. I want the article to be accurate but I will complain if you simply revert without following procedures. Regards JRPG (talk) 22:40, 13 January 2015 (UTC)
