Request for semi-protection

I'm requesting for the semi-protection of this page and the article page due to its proneness to vandalism. Instances of vandalism (which revolve around the name of the constituency) have occured in the constituency's former name prior to its creation largely after this tweet as well as this YouTube video. Instances of vandalism in the "Kanye South" page are as follows:

Not done: requests for increases to the page protection level should be made at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. In addition, I do not believe that this page would warrant protection at this time, as there is no notable vandalism in the history of this page.
