I have removed the PROD tag. When I first found the article, it had a notability tag, because there were no refs. I improved it by adding eight refs from news sources. I guess I should have removed the notability tag at that time. Most of these tags are completely baffling to many users. I (wrongly) assumed that the person who added the original tag would re-assess the article based on the subsequent changes. In an ideal world, the person who added the original tag would have spotted that one of the sources was listed in the external links section, would have added a single ref from it, and dropped a note to the original author explaining that wikipedia articles need to be referenced, that he had added one to show how it is done, and would she like to add some more using the first one as an example of how to do it.
