Plagiarism
[edit]Without proper referencing from multiple sources, and lacking proper blockquotes or quotes in particular. Needs to be fixed or I'm reverting to an earlier version. Not necessarily copyvio due to sources being almost two centuries old, but this has to stop and I'm not sure how to do it otherwise. Viriditas (talk) 03:11, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
Victoria
[edit]Was she ever called Victoria in her lifetime? Someone remove the Victoria part of her name a while back. I think they may have been correct in doing so but I'm not to sure. Does sources call her Victoria Kamamalu or is that only her niece.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 02:32, 26 December 2010 (UTC)
- Also the portraits of her and her husband show them rather thin, but missionary and foreign records said she was a tall and stout women. All the records focus a lot on the gluttony of Kamehameha II and their size. Is it flattery on Hayter's part in portraying the King and Queen to be a bit thinner.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 20:38, 13 July 2011 (UTC)
