Kagerou in Ninja Scroll?
[edit]Ninja Scroll has a character very much like Kagerou from Basilisk. She has the same name, she's a Kouga ninja, and she's poisonous.
I tried to mention this fact in the Alternate Information section of this article, but it was reverted by 220.145.25.86 with this given as the reason: Basilisk has nothing to do with Ninja Scroll. Basilisk and Shinobi are both adaptations of Yamada's novel. but Ninja Scroll is an imitation.
It seems to me that if Ninja Scroll is an immitation, then surely the Kagerou of Ninja Scroll really is the Kagerou of Basilisk, despite the differences. I don't think anyone even suspects that it is just a coincidence. Given that, surely Ninja Scroll deserves at least a mention in Kagerou's article. -- Lilwik 11:47, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
No one but me has any opinion on this? It has been nearly two months since my original edit was reverted and the one who did the reversion has not offered any justification. I expect that he or she has lost interest and that I can now safely restore my mention of Ninja Scroll in Kagerou's article. I don't want an edit war but I think I have waited long enough. -- Lilwik 09:27, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
I think is might be possible that the same character is borrowed between the two stories. It would not be the first time in anime. Brannon april 13th. 2007
