Fair use rationale for Image:Logo 03.jpg

[edit]

Image:Logo 03.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

PBS Kids Channel?

[edit]

Apparently, there'll be a new PBS Kids subchannel that will launch on July 6th. Since there's no link to an article of any means, and since I live in the DFW metroplex, you'll just have to believe me. https://image.pbs.org/bento3-prod/kpbt-bento-live-pbs/Images/menu%20images/4013bc29ae_247PBSKIDS.png Can someone living in the region edit this page? Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marioedit8 (talkcontribs) 14:55, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

5x expanded by Sammi Brie (talk). Self-nominated at 22:26, 18 June 2023 (UTC). Post-promotion hook changes for this nom will be logged at Template talk:Did you know nominations/KPBT-TV; consider watching this nomination, if it is successful, until the hook appears on the Main Page.[reply]

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.
Overall: Hooks are interesting and sourced, article has been 5x expanded (impressive work!), and Earwig's Copyvio Detector doesn't detect any likely plagiarism. I think I favor the first hook over ALT1. I wonder too if that Ritz Theater might be notable enough to warrant its own article. Cheers! —Matthew  / (talk) 00:34, 19 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
