I'm not sure as to why this page is considered an advertisement. I am simply stating factual information regarding the station's format, city of license, and other information.

If it is a violation I am not aware, I hope somebody will make the required edits and not delete this page.

add more info about the station , any awards that may have been received or profiles done in major newspapers / magazines. that will go along way to it not being deleted. add as much as you can. Katie Ewing 06:37, 26 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • I agree; while a low-power station in Alaska isn't terribly interesting, I'd hardly consider this an advertisement. I added an Anchorage Press article discussing the origins of the station, and did a little work on the KZND (94.7) page. I was hoping to add something about the complaints they received from competitors about not being a real TV station, and their accompanying video broadcast (which was essentially a studio webcam). I know there's been plenty about them in the Anchorage Daily News and the Press; I'll keep looking. Akbeancounter 03:09, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • There we go. Considering the online coverage that this got [1] [2] [3] among radiophiles, I'd say that that makes KZND-LP significant enough for Wikipedia. Akbeancounter 03:36, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
