Are you referring to Yum! Brands when you say "Yuma foods"? Also, are you talking about franchise ownership in these respective countries? Stefen 𝕋owers among the rest! GabGruntwerk 18:16, 30 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No, not yum brands… Collins foods,
But ican see your confusion. All good.
However I just went through this regarding the domino’s pizza company wikipedia page. Dominos pizza is not an American company as it is a U.S base company, where as Domino”s Australia is an Australian company who owns the (MASTER) franchise rights to all of The South Pacific country’s, south East Asian nations & most of Europe.
in the same way collins foods owns all ( Master Franchise ) rights outside the USA making KFC/Collins foods Domino’s Australia larger than the USA based versions of the same brands. Collins Foods
This is the same as it was when the Australian owners of Coca cola Amatil who owned the largest slice of Coca Cola corporation because the Australian owed Coca Cola Amital owned all the Master franchise rights to Coca Cola in the South Pacific & Asia including Australia, china, Japan, Korea, Indonesia ect ect.
So the key words hear is Australia owns the master rights.
as they did with KFC, Taco bel, Schweppes, Burger King, Sizzler ect ect.
& while Australian company’s & individual people still own the Master franchise rights to many many different brands who 50-100 years ago did not see the value in keeping ownership in south east asia & the South Pacific. They would kill to get back ownership of the rights to the likes of KFC in places like China and south east Asia ect ect.
An example of just how far u.s company’s will go to get back ownership of the bran from their Australian owners, an owners from other parts of the world. ( china ) ect ect.
just look at the lengths Coca Cola USA went to to buy into the much larger & richer Australian Coca Cola Amatil.
Australian owned Coca Cola Amatil merged with Coca-Cola Europe to create a joint company between Australia’s Coca Cola Amnatil & Coca Cola USA.
so no I’m not talking about yum! Foods I’m talking about the Australian company Collins foods owners of KFC
