Why is it shown as succeeded by the K1 class gunboat? Perhaps you could expand a bit on its intended role? Gunboat is a pretty ambiguous term. Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 01:10, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There were two designs; this one, and the design for 1939, which was quite different (and so not a continuation of this design). As to role, I haven't come across anything stating the intended role of the ships (the 1939 design was to have been used for "colonial service"). I'll see what I can find though. You might mention in the text that it was replaced by a new class of ships using the exact same name. That why I got confused. And you might have to differentiate the two classes by year or something. Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 18:06, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
