Here's a detailed review:

1. Well written?:

Please file a copyedit at WP:GOCE.

2. Factually accurate?: Here is a couple of hints here:

Unsourced or poorly sourced contentious material about living persons must be removed per the WP:BLP policy.
Also, all publisher/work names should at least be included in the citations.
Please go through and make sure citations are all formatted with information filling out fields from citation templates using WP:CIT.
Please make sure no cites are just a bare link and a title.
Please go through and make sure cites verify WP:V, and of course please review all cites for WP:RS standards.

3. Broad in coverage?:

Biography section - well sourced

4. Neutral point of view?: No NPOV issues at the present,.

5. Article stability? Stability issues: No stability issues here so far.

6. Images?: No images used, but I think that will work here

Status?

Judgesurreal777 has only edited once since August 6 (on the 19th), and no edits have been made to the article to address the issues raised in the review. Perhaps this nomination should be closed soon, especially given the requests made under the first two criteria. BlueMoonset (talk) 14:57, 2 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I hadn't realized that reviewer SJones23 was semi-retired. Under the circumstances, and given the lack of action for over three weeks from the nominator, I'm taking it upon myself to close the nomination as unlisted. Once the Guild of Copy Editors have worked their magic on the article, and the other issues are addressed (though some actual examples of problems would have been helpful, and I hope if the reviewer resumes activity, these be included to help the nominator), the article can certainly be renominated.
