• " Known for her improvisation and distinctive "honeyed gravel voice," Since this is a partial quote, it at the very least needs a citation, if not a reference in the sentence, like "known for her improvisation and what PERSON/PUBLICATION called a distinctive 'honeyed gravel voice'"

• "The Tracey Ullman Show included a series of animated shorts about a dysfunctional family. Voices were needed for the shorts, so the producers decided to ask Kavner to voice Marge." Can you revise this so it mentions that this eventually became "The Simpsons"? Anyone with half a brain could realize it, but it should be stated anyway.

The Simpsons:

• Again, need an attribution for "Kavner has a distinctive "honeyed gravel voice"." Is this Kavner describing herself, or someone else?

• "Many of Kavner's roles have been as a "woman who is supportive, sympathetic or self-effacingly funny."" Deja vu! lol. Need an attribution in the sentence. I think you also mean "have been seen as"...
• Can you include a very brief description of the part Kavner played in Awakenings.

• Also, can you include a bit about what This is My Life is about and the character Kavner played in it?
  • Done.
• I'm curious as to why she so frequently appears in Woody Allen movies. Is there anything in any of your sources about her relationship with Woody, comments Woody might have made her, anything like that that you can add in here?
  • I've added a few quotes, and I found another one that tells of how he discovered her, but I need Newsbank to acceess it and I can't use it at the moment. I'll add it tonight.

Personal life:

• "Kavner leads a private, "nearly reclusive" life, "discreet and guarded beyond the usual reticent star routine."" Attribution.
  • I don't know, it's getting pretty ridiculous attributing the same author over and over again.

Filmography:

• Do you think the "Video Games" section here should be in a chart similar to "Films" and "Television."
  • Possibly, but that's how it's done in most other filmography sections.

Images:

• Images, where available, is a GA requirement. There's got to be a way to get some images in here. Maybe a screenshot from one of her movies? No fair use images? If we can't find anything and are really desperate, we should at least add a picture of Marge into the The Simpsons section.

I think a screenshot of her would be the best bet. I might be able to justify an image of her from Rhoda or This is my Life, or maybe even Click. Would that do?

Some choices: Her in Awakenings with Robin Williams [2], some screenshots from Rhoda [3], Click [4] (it's not very good, a friend of mine has the movie and if need be, I can brorow it and get a better shot) and This is My Life [5]

Almost there:

• All my suggestions from above have been addressed (I especially like the Woody Allen info you've added), except one minor thing about the image. I'm glad you got this in and I think the article is better for it, but we need a photo of Julie for the infobox in the lead. If you like, you could take the one that's in there now and use it (possibly would need cropping), but I'd suggest taking adding just one more photo, as the article would be that much stronger with a second photo. Once the infobox is done, one way or the other, this will be ready to pass. --Hunter Kahn (talk) 01:01, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
  • I don't know, it's nearly impossible to justify lead non-free images for living people these days, even if they are nearly reclusive. Even if I just moved the current version to the infobox, somebody would object. However, give me a day or so and I'll see what I can do. -- Scorpion⁰⁴²² 01:06, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

• Update I asked some users on IRC and I was told that I would most likely not be able to justify a non-free lead image. I could try adding a second non-free image to the body, but that would be pushing it. -- Scorpion⁰⁴²² 20:52, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
