Casement report

'His role [clarification needed] in the Congo Free State was questioned in the Casement report.' Vague and no reference.

Downloaded and searched the entire Casement report for 'Alphonse Jacques', 'captain Jacques', 'Société antiesclavagiste de Belgique', 'Albertville' none of it was mentioned once. If anyone can find a source that can verify the statement: 'His role [clarification needed] in the Congo Free State was questioned in the Casement report.', please put it in the article and expand on this topic.
