Just a bit over the top
[edit]I'm a fan of Judy's, but this article reads more like a fan page than an encyclopaedia article. A bit of application of WP:PEACOCK is required. I will try to clean it up over time, but any other help would be appreciated.
- My view as well. It also looked like a WP:COPYVIO. I've returned it to an encylopedic format. JQ (talk) 23:47, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
- I too am a fan, and haven't read the article, but did read the intro paragraph. What is meant by calling her songs "patriotic"? I can imagine a sense in which that word evokes the best of caring about one's country. But where I come from (the U.S.), the word seems most often associated with a partisan and nationalistic so-called "patriotism" that certainly does not describe Judy Small's songs! Should this be removed? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:5A8:4165:2E00:6C56:F198:FB79:EBE8 (talk) 18:41, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
- The only place that word is used is in the lead. The lead is supposed to summarise what is described in detail later in the article. That word obviously doesn't. It's not sourced. I will remove it. HiLo48 (talk) 23:52, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
