Correctional tribunals

For the life of my, I can't find what specifically correctional tribunals. I can't tell whether it belongs under the Courts of appeals, any other court, or its own heading. I used Crime and Punishment around the World heavily for this section, but I couldn't find a clear indication of what specifically the tribunals should be under.

For the same reason, I omitted discussion of police tribunals, as I could not find their organizational structure either.

History

For future reference, the NYU Law article that I have cited for other sections has some really good information about the history of the Ivory Coast's judicial system, whenever free time is available.
