I have removed the {{prod}} tag which proposed that this article be deleted, because I think that this article has merit and so should not be deleted from Wikipedia. I'm leaving this message here as notification. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article as that process is only to be used when there is no opposition. Right now the Works cited are even older than the Lisbon Treaty (1 December 2009) which changed the EU institutions' power balance, and strengthened the European Parliament. Judicial activism vs Judicial restraint is in any case a controversial subject, mostly based on subjective assessment. The cases section of this article mostly cites a single case. Suggesting to simply merge this into https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Judicial_activism which also provides a more global view than this article. Xavdeman (talk) 18:01, 2 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If someone is going to call something uncyclopedic, they should explain why in an edit summary or on a talk page. That being said, I agree with them. Discuss. --70.243.255.1 (talk) 22:58, 28 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
