so the uci has released new sanctions so i think he needs some strikethroughs on some results

Reading even the very first sentence of that article (despite its misleading headline) would reveal why that is entirely inappropriate at this stage: "Chris Froome could be' crowned the winner of the 2011 Vuelta a España ...".
