Sorry it took me so long to get back to it. Anyway, this meets all the GA requirements except the image. Non-free images are not allowed for living people on the grounds that it fails NFCC#1, because it theoretically could be created. Fiamh(talk, contribs)11:32, 10 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Fiamh: I added the image under free-use and think it may quality for NFCC#1. This individual is imprisoned in a maximum-security facility and access is severely limited. The only people to have access to him are his lawyers, family members (assuming they have a visa to travel to the U.S.) and prison staff. I've seen licenses like these specifically for BLP when the individuals are imprisoned and/or disappeared. Let me know what you think. I appreciate you reviewing this. I'm going to pass the article per your explanations I'm satisfied that it meets the GA criteria right now. I am hoping for a more comprehesive solution for NFCC on temporarily imprisoned persons, but that doesn't affect the article's current status. Fiamh(talk, contribs)01:10, 13 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
