Previous names

The current name (Journal of Hydraulic Engineering) dates to 1983 and volume 109. The former name listed in the article (Journal of the Hydraulics Division) dates to 1956 and volume 82. So my question is, what title(s) covered volumes 1–81? And are the two currently listed the same journal continuing under a new name?
