Removal of deletion template

I removed the deletion notice. This article does meet Wikipedia:ACADEMIC.

It meets criterion 1: "significant impact in their scholarly discipline". He has several articles with 100s or 1000s of citations. See for example [1]. More here [2]. He also invented a sub-field of study: Social_information_processing_theory.
