Dying in office

[edit]

The article erroneously states eleven other NSW Premiers have died in office along with Cahill. He is the second and last NSW Premier to die in office after only John Storey. Twelve NSW Ministers have died in office but these men covered various portfolios in government.

Joseph --> Joe

[edit]

Yes, he used his middle name Joseph, but even then it was always shortened to Joe. Which we acknowledge in the text. So how about we change the title to Joe Cahill (NSW premier)? -- Jack of Oz [your turn] 19:51, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, except that the name should be Joe Cahill (politician) in line with naming conventions for this kind of thing (the only other one was an IRA operative who doesn't seem to have entered politics per se). A redirect from the (premier) title is possibly advisable though. Frickeg (talk) 23:25, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
