It's interesting that the internet is making it easy to connect what were formerly islands of information. None of the American historians mention Bettys' girlfriend, which Fryer apparently gets from British/Canadian sources. Is it possible on this end to find out the name of the girl and what happened to her? Did she stay in Canada after Bettys' death? Did she ever go home? Did they have children?
