I've declined the speedy deletion nomination for this article as IMHO the bits about awards are assertions of notability. I'm not convinced that it would meet WP:CREATIVE and survive a full deletion debate without references to press coverage, but I think it should be given the chance. Hi, I want to try to respond to the flags this article has attracted. First to address the autobiography and conflict of interest issues, I should state that I am a writer hired by Josef Norris to adapt his biography. The article is entirely fact based and to the best of my knowledge contains no unfounded assertions or misleading statements.

As far as logging in as Josefnorris, I am authorized to do so, and I hope that doesn't present problems. If so will it work to re-publish under a different log-in?

I do see a significant problem with sources and references here. I will go in and edit, adding previously uncited sources and references, including press coverage, conference presentations, and his Amazon.com page, among others. I'm hoping they'll be sufficient.
